A woman reported her fiancé, Steven Raney, was overdue to return from participating in the Elk River ATV Fun Run with a motorcycle he'd recently bought. Hours later, campers reported a fatal crash on Morris Creek Road. The victim was identified as Raney, and his family and fiancée were notified.
