Five teens struck by a vehicle in Spokane Valley are expected to be okay, authorities say. Three were sent to hospital for treatment as a precaution, one declined treatment, and the fifth was not injured. Police say the driver of the vehicle was appeared to be learning to drive and may have stepped on the gas instead of the break by mistake.
